SATURDAY JUNIOR GAMES

We love nothing more than to see kids playing games of football…and now kids aged 6-12yo can play ad-hoc @ The Football Centre in Osborne Park on ANY Saturday

If you aren’t already familiar with the The Football Centre games are played indoor on our synthetic grass pitch. This isn’t Futsal. We bring outdoor football indoors where it can be player protected from the elements.

Small sided games involve lots of touches and fast transition. Players must think fast and work hard through the 30-minute games.

Results sometimes feel important when we are watching our kids but the only result that matters for these age groups is that they are happy and challenged

Enter a team?

Teams joining for regular games will initially play against all the teams in the same age group.

Based upon their results they will either continue to play against those teams in their own age group, play younger teams dominating in their age group, or older teams that have been struggling.

Fixtures are worked out on a week-by-week basis with results continuously reviewed to ensure competitive match-ups.

Teams playing outside of their age group will never move more than 1-year group per week with changes always in consultation with the team coach.

Teams are welcome to join at any time. Current (approximate) game times for age groups are below:

815am U6s
9am U7s
10am U8s
1030am U9s
1130am U10s
12pm U12s
1230pm U13s
1pm U14s

Individual Players

Each week fixtures will be organised for individual players wishing to play in a game. Players can play regularly or on an ad hoc basis.

Teams are coordinated through the WhatsApp groups below.

Simply click the link above to join the age appropriate WhatsApp group(s) and then advise availability on a week-by-week basis when the KO time is posted.

Cost

Team match fee is $66 per game. Teams are welcome to purchase blocks of games if it makes their administration easier with most teams committing on a month-by-month basis.

The cost for an individual players is $15 per game ($10 for U6s).

Recording of game / YouTube Highlights

By registering for our competitions you acknowledge that all games played @ The Football Centre may be recorded with highlights uploaded to our YouTube Channel

Highlights may be posted to social media but no participant will be identified without prior consent

Full games can be made available to team managers on request
