The reason you started playing football?

I started playing football because of my dad, he played professionally and wanted to follow in his footsteps.

When one door closes, another door opens. Take your opportunities.

Greatest moment in your career?

Greatest moment would be playing for Australia at U/17, U/20 and U/23 level.

Biggest impact on your career?

Greatest impacts would be my youth coaches – Ian Pearson, Gareth Naven, Kenny Lowe and Alistair Edwards.

Best advice you can give to up and coming youngsters?

Enjoy every moment and to be persistent and ready to make sacrifices.
