We deliver within Australia and the rest of the world.

Our Centre is located in Osborne Park (6017) Perth, all items are shipped from Western Australia.

All orders are sent Express via AusPost and will be delivered within 2-5 days within Australia. Please note regional addresses may take longer.

International orders are sent via AusPost Express international and delivery times vary. For more information please visit AusPost


We charge a flat rate of $10 for Express Shipping on all orders in Australia.

We charge a flat rate of $35 AUD for Express International Shipping on all orders outside of Australia.


We understand things don’t always go right. That’s no problem – simply read our Returns Policy information and Terms and Conditions below and confirm your return satisfies the Return Conditions. Print and fill out the Returns Form and send it with your items back to

Clothing must be returned in its original, clean condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, and unsoiled.

Returns will result in a store credit to your Football Centre account, which you may use to purchase future products from us. Returns will be issued a unique, single use code for you to apply to your next purchase. Store credits are valid for one year from date of issue.  We will email you when your store credit has been applied. We do not hold items for exchange while your return item is being returned.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. All sales are final once transaction has occurred. Orders are unable to be manually adjusted once transaction has occurred.

Returns must be received within 14 calendar days of purchase. Any Return Items received with a mail dispatch date later than 14 days after the date of purchase will not be accepted.

Postage fees must be covered by the customer to send Returns Items to The Football Centre at all times. It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. The Football Centre is not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

Returned Items which do not satisfy the above Returns Policy will not be accepted nor will a credit be issued.

How do I return my item?
Read our Returns Policy information below and confirm your return satisfies the Return Conditions, then: 1. Ensure your return is in its original condition, with tags, unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, and unsoiled.The Football Centre will not accept worn or soiled returns. 2. Fill out the Return Form, and include it with your Returning Item and any original packaging. Items returned without a Return Form will not be processed. 3. What happens to my Returned Item?
The Football Centre will check it complies with the Returns Conditions.
We will email you to confirm the Returns Conditions have been satisfied or not, providing you a Store Credit in the form of a code to use on your next purchase, of the amount the item was purchased for (excluding any postage costs). Please allow 2 business days for this to occur.
When will I receive my store credit?
Provided your Return Item meets the Returns Conditions, The Football Centre will provide you a Store Credit in the form of a code to use on your next purchase, of the amount the item was purchased for (excluding any postage costs). within 2 business days after your item is received and checked by our team for compliance with Returns Conditions.
Changed your mind?
We understand you may not have gotten your purchase quite right… We offer a store credit for full priced items returned.
You can then use this credit to purchase a new item.
Returns must be returned to the store within 14 days of purchase for Australian orders.
Credit notes are valid for one year from date of issue, and can be used on any item in store.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only offered for manufacturing faults. However if you have a change of mind or want to change sizes we offer store credits, which are valid for a whole year.
Sale Items

An Item is defined as on sale when it is NOT purchased at full price. This can occur through a clearance, or sale. Items purchased with a discount or promo code are eligible to be returned.


My item has a manufacturing fault.
Sometimes things go wrong. If we agree that your Return Item has a manufacturing fault (such as a broken zip, missing button) or an incorrect item has been sent to you, you are entitled to a full refund.
