Four Week Digital Program
We developed our Four Week Digital Training Program for players to enhance their overall game while away from their club and team environments. Suited best for 7-16 year olds, the program may also compliment a team training schedule.
In addition to the four core skills, the program layers in core and yoga sessions to enhance each players strength, coordination and balance on the pitch.
This program is designed for players of all abilities levels, with different tiers and progressions available to allow all footballers the opportunity to be challenged and thrive. Most sessions have been designed based on limited space and equipment, while some will require a partner (server) and a larger working area, such as a local park.
Players will receive an interactive digital document within 24 hours of purchase. This will include weekly themed training sessions focusing on four core skills:
- Week One: First Touch
- Week Two: Striking the Ball
- Week Three: One v One
- Week Four: Running With - and Without - the Ball
