Kick start your fitness journey or step out of your comfort zone with Fitballer
Fitballer is our adult workout program anyone that wants to improve their fitness through football-based circuit work and conditioning. Classes are graded according to your personal goal.
We use football to:
- bring fun to physical activities
- to give you something to focus on
- to distract you from the workload of the activity you are performing
We do not assess or care about your football ability. You don’t need to be a footballer to be a Fitballer.
Our aim is to make you the best version of yourself whether you are looking to improve your match conditioning, or simply want to lose some weight so that you can keep up with the kids!
Session packs are available allowing you to attend when you want and what you want.
Available classes are follows:
- Fitballer: For those looking to build and maintain base fitness
- Fitballer Pro: High intensity work for those wishing to achieve and maintain high levels of fitness
- Fitballer +1: Fitballer sessions that run in parallel to a pre-schooler kids session allowing you to work out while your little ones are kept occupied (NB you don’t need to bring a child to join these sessions!)
